About

About M4 Legal

M4 Legal is an independent Perth firm specialising in dispute resolution and litigation. We act for individuals, businesses and not-for-profits in commercial, property, employment, estate and regulatory disputes, by negotiation, mediation and litigation in the courts and tribunals of Western Australia.

The firm takes a commercial approach to disputes. Every matter is run with a clear view of what each step costs and what it is likely to achieve, and we are candid about when a dispute is worth pursuing and when it is not.

M4 Legal is led by David Markovich, Special Counsel. Before practising law he was a senior economist, advising state and federal government. He acts pro bono as Counsel in RSPCA prosecutions and has served as President of the Citizens Advice Bureau of Western Australia.
